Maintenance Audits

A maintenance audit is a comprehensive and systematic review of an organization’s maintenance, inventory, and processes. It evaluates how activities and standards are maintained, such as in-house facilities and repair processes. Audits help you ensure quality, health, and safety at your facilities. During a health and safety audit, the auditor assesses the organization’s health and safety policy and practices against the relevant legal requirements. This usually involves reviewing company documentation, observing work practices and interviewing employees and managers

COR Audits

A Certificate of Recognition (COR) is a voluntary program that recognizes employers who develop and implement health and safety management systems that meet provincial standards. To get a COR, you must hire an external auditor to audit your health and safety management system, then have the audit reviewed by your Certifying Partner. adk Health and Safety Solutions is partnered with Alberta Association of Safety Partnerships, (AASP).
